We pride ourselves on our culture of trust, transparency, and a team-first mentality. We are seeking a Sales Director to lead sales efforts and drive growth.
Job Summary
The Sales Director, reporting to SVP Revenue & Commerce Strategy, will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth by identifying key stakeholders, presenting solutions across functions, and leveraging cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment with client needs. This role requires a strong focus on relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the commerce landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team culture. This position is remote – preference given to New York, Chicago, Seattle, or other major metro areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver annual quota objectives through new client acquisition and expansion in partnership with account management.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client challenges and goals, tailoring presentations and proposals that demonstrate how Incremental’s measurement and optimization solution addresses their specific needs.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to create a unified approach to customer engagement and service delivery.
- Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring the sales team is equipped to meet and exceed goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce, retail media, and or media measurement sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Track record of being able to map and navigate complex retail focused manufacturer organizations (CPG and/or FMCG)
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building trust and transparency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
