BALTIMORE, MD—Incremental—the leader in neutral retail media measurement—today announced it has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Alex Juday as Senior Vice President of Commerce Strategy.

Juday, who has a proven track record of success driving growth and innovation at companies including Pacvue and Procter & Gamble, will be responsible for overseeing Incremental’s commerce strategy.

The new role will be particularly focused on driving growth through fostering innovation with partners, where Juday will play a pivotal role in deepening Incremental connections with retailers and media platforms.

Juday previously held executive roles at ecommerce advertising company Pacvue, where he led global agency partnerships. He also worked at Procter & Gamble for nearly seven years, where he managed the company’s ecommerce on Amazon.

He will be based in New York City and will report directly to Dave Pollet, CEO at Incremental.

The new appointment comes at an exciting time for the retail media measurement platform. The company recently joined the Walmart Connect Partner Network and announced a key partnership with WPP's media investment group GroupM, underscoring its expanding market position. Incremental also recently hired a new VP of Strategic Accounts, Ryan Johnson, and a new Head of Customer Success, Erin Wilde, marking a significant period of growth for Incremental.

“The addition of Alex to our team is a reflection of the ongoing convergence in our industry," said David Pollet, CEO of Incremental. "As media and commerce continue to intertwine, having a leader with Alex's expertise positions us perfectly to capitalize on the intermingled landscape, ultimately driving greater value for our clients."

Retail media, growing by 21.8% in 2024, will account for one-fifth of global digital ad spend this year (eMarketer). Incremental’s retail media measurement helps brands and agencies drive growth from their investments through neutral and transparent data insights. The PII-free approach works seamlessly with data from walled gardens, integrating into a brand's retail and media ecosystem.
