BALTIMORE, MD — July 18, 2024 — Incremental, the leader in neutral retail media measurement, today announced it’s expanding its senior leadership team to support the company’s rapid growth.

Bolstered by new partnerships with key industry players, including GroupM, Incremental—which helps brands and agencies drive incremental growth from their retail media investments—has made two strategic hires to elevate its partnership and client success groups.

Ryan Johnson joins the rapidly expanding company as its new VP of Strategic Accounts, responsible for driving forward Incremental’s strategic partnerships.

Previously, he held executive roles at global market research company Kantar, where he led the company’s go-to-market strategy for BrandDynamics, Kantar's syndicated brand tracking SaaS platform. He has also held strategic executive roles at BERA and BAV & PBS Insights, both within WPP.

Erin Wilde has also joined as Head of Customer Success, where she will be responsible for leading all client relationships, driving customer adoption and helping brands maximize the value they get from Incremental’s technology.

Prior to joining Incremental, Erin was the VP of Customer Success at Yext, where she helped household names like Verizon, FedEx, Walmart, and CVS manage their digital brand presence. She has also held executive CS roles at marketing insights companies Affinio and Ipsos, supporting the largest global CPG brands and ad agencies inclusive of Unilever, PepsiCo, WPP, Publicis, and Omnicom.

The new arrivals will be based in New York and Atlanta respectively, and both will report to Skye Frontier, SVP of Growth.

The new hires come at an exciting time for the retail media measurement platform, which has rapidly expanded its capabilities, while co-founder and SVP of product and technology, Jesse Leikin, was also recently honored as a winner of P2PI’s 40 Under 40 Awards.

The retail media industry is forecasted to grow by nearly $130 billion in 2024, 21.8%— faster than all other media formats. Incremental’s measurement approach is purpose built for retail media and is compatible across walled gardens, enabling seamless deployment within a brand's existing ecosystem of retail and media partners. The platform generates insights granular enough to drive daily campaign optimization decisions while robust enough to be prescriptive in sales forecasting and broader media planning.
